Do not give God any credit for the good they do, they did it!

THE JESUS PROOF

Christians like to use Jesus as an argument for God’s existence. Jesus said that anybody who knew him would know the Father, God, meaning the existence of the Father and the Father’s qualities.

If God could be proved as the Catholic Church insisted for centuries then what did Jesus need to come to prove his doctrines and his God by rising from the dead for? The quality of the evidence for the validity of Jesus’ mission would be inferior to the proof for God so it would be wrong to honour Jesus as God or God’s mouthpiece – in case we are trusting in a man not God. There would be no need to either.

To say Jesus proved God is to say his miracles did that. Miracles are not proof for God unless you can prove there is a God in the first place. And in that case they would not be needed and would be just God showing off if they happen. Miracles, assuming they prove anything, would only prove that something wants us to believe say in the Catholic Church not that there is a God. That something might want us to be deluded by Catholicism for some reason. You cannot rest upon miracles as evidence unless you prove there is a God and only the design argument can manage that. The other proofs might prove an intelligence but that is far from proving a God of love. If God is love and personal only that entitles him to be called God for an evil or uncaring God is not a free or supreme being. Only the design argument can attempt demonstrate his existence. The fact that the witnesses of miracles cannot prove God proves that no force would waste time with them.

Before a miracle can be accepted one has to know that free will exists first. So any miracle being who does not make sure we can prove free will before he does something is a deceiver.

There are attempts to argue that God probably exists for God probably raised Jesus from the dead. But if Jesus probably was seen alive after his body vanished from the tomb that does not mean he was probably resurrected. And if he was probably resurrected that does not mean that God probably did it.

To believe in Jesus is really just believing whoever wrote about him rather than him.
